London Peace Conference Convenes
16 Dec 1912
- London
On 16 December 1912, as a result of the armistice in the Balkans, representatives of the Balkan League and the Ottoman Empire met at St James's Palace in London for the opening day of a peace conference.
Almost in parallel with this, a conference of representatives of the great powers ( the "abbassadors' conference") was to convene the following day.
